LPN: We seek full-time LPNs for our Edina & Burnsville clinics. Available hours include day shift, possible evening clinic until 9pm, and Saturday morning monthly rotation. This position provides and supports quality patient care through a variety of day-to-day functions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • comprehensive intake including: height, weight, and vitals
  • hearing and vision screens
  • assisting physicians with procedures
  • nursing skills such as caths, neb treatments, and antibiotic injections
  • patient and family education
  • care coordination
  • documentation in the patient's electronic health record
  • cleaning and stocking clinic rooms

Qualifications & Skills:

  • experience with pediatric procedures is valued
  • ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • provide excellent customer service while working efficiently with busy physician schedules
  • must work well with children and families with diverse backgrounds and medical complexities

X-Ray: We would like to add a part-time RT or X-Ray Operator to our clinic team. Available hours include one to two evenings per week from 5-9pm, and every-other Saturday morning from 8am-12pm. Shifts will be split between our Edina and Burnsville locations. The opportunity to pick up additional day or evening shifts exists if desired.

This position provides radiology service to patients and physicians through the creation of high-quality diagnostic imaging, and works collaboratively with our clinical nursing team. Qualified candidates will be a graduate of an approved radiology technology program or medical assistant program with a limited scope x-ray certificate, be detail oriented in a fast-paced environment, and work well with children.

Lab: We are looking for full-time MLTs for the high-complexity labs at all three of our clinic locations in Edina, Burnsville and Eden Prairie. Flexible full-time hours include day shift, evening clinic until 9pm, and Saturday morning rotation. 


  • heelsticks on newborns
  • fingersticks and phlebotomy on children, teenagers, and adults
  • injections/immunizations on children, teenagers, and adults
  • test performance includnig but not limited to: urinalysis, hematology, microbiology, and kit tests
  • specimen preparation for reference lab send-out
  • test result reporting to appropriate physicians
  • run and chart quality control for all procedures
  • perform routine maintenance on instruments


  • the MLT must work effectively in a fast-paced environment to promote our high standard of customer satisfaction
  • experience with departmental and regulatory agency standard compliance
  • candidates must work well with children
  • electronic health record experience is preferred
