RN:  We seek RNs for the Triage departments at our Edina and Burnsville clinics. Part-to full-time oppportunities are available, especially with candidates who are flexible to rotate among clinics and day/evening shifts.  


  • Telephone triage advice using established protocols 
  • Scheduling same-day appointments for ill children
  • Proposing medications, lab orders, and immunizations
  • Communication with physicians

RN Qualifications & Skills:

  • RN license in the state of MN
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
  • Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with electronic health records

LPN:  We are looking to add an LPN to the clinic nursing team at our Burnsville location. Full-time flexible hours available include: weekdays 8am-5pm, evening clinic from 5pm-9pm, and rotating Sat. morning. This position provides and supports quality patient care through a variety of day-to-day functions. Experience with pediatric procedures is valued, EMR/EHR experience is preferred. 

Clinical Nursing Responsibilities:

  • comprehensive intake including: height, weight, and vitals
  • hearing & vision screens
  • assisting physicians with procedures
  • clinical nursing skills such as: caths, neb treatments, and antibiotic injections
  • patient/family education
  • care coordination
  • documentation in the EMR
  • cleaning/stocking clinic rooms

Medical Insurance Billing: We are looking for a full-time Billing Specialist for our business office team in Edina. This position is responsible for the full-cycle billing process for many of our payers. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The Billing Specialist is an integral part of our business office, and we hold strict standards in confidentiality, requiring strong professional office skills.


  • process and post electronic PPO & HMO remits
  • review EOBs and other insurance documentation
  • ICD & CPT coding
  • follow-up on denied claims and process appeals
  • resolve patient billing inquiries
  • account management


  • strong background in reading remittance advice from payers detailing payments, contracted rates, patient responsibility, etc..
  • experience with electronic health records and practice management systems
  • knowledge of ICD-10 & CPT coding language
  • insurance knowledge including coordination of benefits, experience with family billing a plus
  • knowledge of medical terminology 
  • detail oriented
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and families about billing & payment information 
  • ability to drive independent work in a quiet, fast-paced environment

Receptionist: We seek a full-time, benefit-eligible, Receptionist for our Burnsville clinic. This position will be cross-trained in our scheduling department once comfortable with front desk responsibilities. We offer flexible scheduling and a fun, friendly work environment.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • greeting customers and facilitating the check-in process
  • gathering demographic & insurance information
  • collecting co-pays & payments
  • providing paperwork specific to appointment type
  • scheduling follow-up or lab appointments
  • pulling & filing paper charts as needed
  • scanning completed forms & reports into patient charts

Qualifications & Skills:

  • proven customer service & communication skills
  • ability to remain calm and work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced clinic
