words from our patients

“We have had great experience with all of the doctors we've seen here. I especially appreciate the great care our children have received as babies when two of them needed more critical care and hospital stays. I also really appreciate the nurse line and after hours nurse connection. This is so important to me, as it got me to take my seven week old baby into Children's Hospital right away. Thank you for all you do.”

“We are very happy with the doctors at Southdale Peds. We drive from Lino Lakes to get here and think it's definitely worth the long drive!”

Southdale Pediatrics Welcomes Three New Pediatricians

Doctors Bray, Campbell, and Scherber

Southdale Peds is excited to welcome three new pediatricians to our practice: Dr. Lauren Bray, Dr. Jacquelyn Campbell, and Dr. Cally Scherber. We are pleased that our new physicians will continue our long history of clinical excellence, as they will be mentored by our senior pediatricians who have been locally recognized by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine as "top docs" since 1992.

Dr. Lauren Bray grew up in Victoria, MN. She attended the University of Iowa for her undergraduate training, Creighton University for medical school, and then returned home to complete her pediatric residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Bray enjoys caring for children and adolescents of all ages, and has a particular interest in newborn and infant care. She strives to provide comprehensive and up to date care to all of her patients and to serve as an advocate for them and their families.

Dr. Jacquelyn Campbell completed her undergraduate training at St. Olaf College before moving on to medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She completed a chief residency at the University of Minnesota prior to joining Southdale Pediatrics. Dr. Campbell has special interest in preventive care and newborn care.

Dr. Cally Scherber grew up in Minnesota. She earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Minnesota and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Scherber is excited to continue serving the Twin Cities peds population at Southdale Pediatrics. She enjoys caring for patients with complex medical needs and has special interest in preventative medicine, newborn care, and asthma management.
